It is very sweet!!
Kiersey Clemons is a talent.
Offerman is great.
Danson is back behind the bar.
There are just too many things happening:
Girl in love.
Store losing.
The band or lack there of.
Mom with Alzheimer's.
Love interest who happens to be owner of the store.
A dead mom.
It is a lot crammed into a film that is only 97 minutes long, because of that it lacks rhythm and loses heart because of lack of development.
Still fun and great music!!

Not as bad as what critics want you think.
Its silly fun. Close to ridiculous. I mean a dinosaur opens a window.
My biggest problem with it is not the silliness, I mean that is what you pay for, but its a middle movie. It is middle of a trilogy and you know what that means......there is no clean ending leading into the last part of the trilogy. If I had a dollar for every time I typed this line...You pay your money for this one film, you deserve a clear beginning; middle; and end.

Based on the Chekhov classic. Its all over the place and sadly drags with poor editing.

The focus on Jack kind of..is boring...takes away from the story...and not as funny as they thought.
Before I forget great score, could win the Oscar.
